Core Manufacturing Tiers
Procurement-Grade New Crates
- Material: fresh kiln-dried hardwood or SPF. Nothing recycled or reused.
- Built to: the exact size and lifting points of your cargo.
- Best for: high-value or high-risk shipments, such as oil, gas and energy equipment, heavy pumps and machinery that can't move in transit.
Grade-A Reconditioned Crates
- Process: stripped, inspected and rebuilt. Weak joints and damaged timber are replaced, and steel fasteners are added where needed.
- Best for: repeat industrial shipments where the cargo is known and consistent.
- Benefit: lower packaging cost without cutting safety.
Recycled and Remanufactured Crates
- Process: rebuilt from recovered timber. Every board is load-tested. If it fails, it's removed.
- Best for: warehouse transfers, internal factory logistics and non-export movements.
- Benefit: ideal for closed-loop systems where crates are reused and efficiency matters more than looks.

Certified Heat Treatment & Export Compliance
- For international shipments, it is important for wood packaging that it must meet ISPM-15 requirements before it can be accepted by customs.
- We treat all export grade timber in controlled kiln cycles. This is done until the core reaches 56°C for a minimum of 30 minutes. After the material receives the IPPC mark required for international clearance.
- This step is what allows crates to pass through export checkpoints in Saudi ports without delays related to phytosanitary inspection.

Slatted crates are used when visibility, airflow, and reduced weight are important. Enclosed boxes are used in a case where full environmental protection is required. Most heavy machinery does not need full enclosure unless it is highly sensitive.
